CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and for no-show appointments. Clients using Groupon vouchers who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend their appointment may have their Groupon voucher redeemed in full and forfeited.
